Beltsville, MD (June 14, 2019): NARDI Construction, Inc. was selected by the Prince George’s County Department of Central Services to serve as the General Contractor for the Prince George’s County Police Plaza Phase III project. Located at 8903 Presidential Parkway, this 128,806 square foot project consists of interior demolition and renovations and refurbishing of the interior on all six floors of the building for use as a new police headquarters. The Project will also include new partition walls, new doors frames, hardware, ceiling, flooring finishes, blinds, casework, electrical systems, providing two new generators, LED lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, millwork, and fire alarm systems. We also be adding a stair tower to the building for egress and replacing the 3 existing elevators.
Prince George’s County Police Plaza Phase III has a subcontracting mandate of forty percent (40%) subcontracting to county based small businesses (CBSB) and twenty percent (20%) subcontracting to certified minority business enterprises (CMBE).

NARDI Construction, Inc., a locally certified small business by Prince George’s County Supplier Development & Diversity Division, will utilize MDP Contracting (CBSB & MBE), BPI Mechanical (CBSB & MBE) and Dennis Stubbs Plumbing (CBSB) as subcontractors Additionally, Grimm + Parker will serve as the architect for the project.
