Tenant Coordination
Our Tenant Coordinators are experienced in all aspects of the design and construction process and act as the Owner’s onsite tenant construction managers to manage contracts between tenants and Owners after construction delivery.
Property Management
NARDI Management Services, Inc. is a full service property management company first established in 1997 to accommodate the property management needs of our construction clients. The management services we offer are a natural continuation to our construction services in that our knowledge of the properties we manage begin at the commencement of construction.
