Prince George’s Police Plaza

Located at 8903 Presidential Parkway, this 128,806 square foot project consisted of interior demolition, renovations and refurbishing of the interior on all six floors of the building for use as the new police headquarters for Prince George’s County. The Project also included new partition walls, new doors frames, hardware, ceiling, flooring finishes, blinds, casework, electrical systems, providing two new generators, LED lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, millwork, fire alarm system and new elevators. A stair tower was also added to the building for egress.
