Demolition and renovations of 2 floors and the lobby for Prince George’s County’s Department of Permitting Inspections & Enforcement (DPIE). This project was completed in two phases. Build-out of the 1st floor and lobby consisted of 15,575 SF. The 2nd floor consists of approximately 20,000 SF of demolition, renovations. and MPE System upgrades.
