A 9,000 sf high-end office build out ($102 / SF) which included sliding glass doors at offices, wood paneled walls with concealed doors, acoustical spray at exposed ceilings and stone counters throughout. This buildout also required demolition of existing raised slabs and extensive slab leveling to ensure operation of sliding glass doors. NARDI worked with the Architect on the design and early release of long lead items to ensure the project’s completion within 8 weeks of beginning work on site.
