Plaza 500 was originally constructed as a single user distribution center consisting of 527,000 including 70,000 SF of mezzanine corporate office space. The project was ultimately divided into multiple users, including warehouse, office, retail, and special education. Over 30,000 SF of new mezzanine was added to support computer facilities. The parking areas were expanded to allow for 400 additional spaces. We were involved in pre-lease negotiations through turn-key improvements with both GSA tenants and private industry tenants.
