General Contracting

We oversee the day-to-day operations and oversight of our projects and are responsible for acting as the intermediary between the design team, the construction workers and the owner of the underlying project.

Construction Management

We use our specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of our projects, from its beginning to its end to control the project’s time, cost and quality.

Design Build

Through our Team/Build approach we provide every owner with an appropriate building solution, on schedule and on budget that bring together the owner, contractor and the various design professionals under one team.

Cost Consultation

Budgetary estimates are key in laying the groundwork for a reliable economic forecast of a construction project and our costs consultants provide efficient control of expense commitments, global construction costs and cash flow resources dedicated to the project.

Tenant Coordination

Our Tenant Coordinators are experienced in all aspects of the design and construction process and act as the Owner’s onsite tenant construction managers to manage contracts between tenants and Owners after construction delivery.

Property Management

NARDI Management Services, Inc. is a full service property management company first established in 1997 to accommodate the property management needs of our construction clients. The management services we offer are a natural continuation to our construction services in that our knowledge of the properties we manage begin at the commencement of construction.
